Our property hunting service offers what matters most: time, clarity, and access to the essentials — including the most discreet properties, often unseen, yet meant for you.
During an initial discussion, we get to know your project and gather the first necessary elements (criteria, budget, etc.)
In order to be authorized to assist you with your real estate project, we sign a property search agreement.
After signing the property search agreement, we begin the search phase based on your criteria and budget. We conduct viewings with you or on your behalf, providing you with detailed reports if you are not available in person.
Once we have found the right property for you, we guide and advise you through the
negotiation process and the drafting of the purchase offer.
After your offer has been accepted, we assist and guide you through the administrative process, including appointments with the notary.
You are now a homeowner, but our support doesn’t stop there. If your property requires it, we can assist you with the design and/or renovation process, including project oversight.
